At Happy Stars, our nursery would not be complete without the support of our staff.  Each member of staff is checked with the Disclosure and Barring Services and have also completed an intensive child care course such as NNEB, NVQ Level 4, 3, or 2, Montessori Diploma, Childcare Diploma, Foundation Degree and EYPS and other relevant courses that allow them to work with children. This makes Happy Stars nursery a warm, safe and fun environment for your child.

Throughout their time at Happy Stars, staff must attend regular courses to help further their childcare knowledge.  It is Happy Stars policy that all staff attend courses in First Aid, Food Hygiene and Safeguarding.

We also encourage young students to train with us on a yearly basis, allowing them to complete one of the above relevant courses.
